I am an ICF accredited executive coach and a lawyer, with a graduate degree in legal education and over a decade of big law experience.  

My areas of expertise include: lawyer training and development, employee engagement and well-being, executive coaching and leadership development. 

High performance cultures are fueled by people who are flourishing. I work directly with leaders and those on their teams in support of high engagement, performance and innovation. My approach is to get in the trenches with clients, build trust, understand their unique challenges, and help design practical solutions.
